Vietnam Tour Programs

We offer a variety of tour programs.  Many are focused on American Veterans, but all include the spectacular scenery and culture of Vietnam. We explore cities, villages, hamlets and battlefields from the tip of the Ca Mau Peninsula in the Mekong Delta to Hanoi and Haiphong on the Red River Delta.  Many Veterans of the 25th Division, 1st Division, 199th LIB, 9th Division, 173rd Airborne, 1st Cavalry, 101st Airborne, 82nd Airborne and many others have traveled with us. We’ve also managed travel opportunities for humanitarians and artists.  Bring your wives, children, military buddies and friends.  You’re going to have a wonderful experience.  For complete information and a Reservation Application, download the programs you see below.

We began our guided journeys to Vietnam in 1993. We have expertise guiding groups of 30+ or much smaller – families, buddies or even individuals.  Many of our programs today are designed for any size group with prices adjusted accordingly.  The more participants you bring into your group, the lower the cost.  But if you have your mind set on traveling alone or with one or two others, we can make those experiences just as rewarding and memorable. If we don’t have an itinerary to meet your interests, we’ll work with you to develop a Custom Vietnam Tour just for you.

MilSpec Tours offers a variety of tour programs to Asia for groups and individuals. We have extensive experience in Vietnam, the Philippines and Thailand. Our Vietnam programs highlight the history and culture of Vietnam with emphasis on our military sites and individual special places. We offer tours into the Mekong Delta, along the DMZ and into North Vietnam. Additionally, we have post tour extensions to Thailand, Hong Kong, Angkor Wat and other popular destinations in the area.

Special Places

In many instances our tour participants will be returning to countries where they served, worked or toured earlier in their lives. Certain sites in these countries may be of very special importance to these tour participants. Therefore, MilSpec Tours will make every effort to include those Special Places in the tour itinerary if they are not far from the pre-planned route of the tour. If this is not possible within the regular tour program, a tour diversion, or tour extension, can be arranged at a reasonable additional cost. Consult with our staff when planning your tour to ensure that we know about your “Special Places.”

Please contact us for the latest information on our customized tours for special Veterans groups and Veterans associations.

Here it is. The BEST all-country tour now

available year-round!

Our Panorama of Vietnam Tour provides an all-country Vietnam experience. You begin in Hanoi, capital of Vietnam, and travel south, visiting important sites of the Vietnam War, including Hue, Khe Sanh, Dak To and Cu Chi. But, the war sites are not the only spots we visit on this exciting itinerary. We also enjoy spectacular scenery, art, culture and an opportunity to see and understand the Vietnamese people. One of our previous tour members said, “It’s not New York!” when asked how the Vietnamese people treated him. He was amazed at how friendly they are, especially to Americans. You will experience this as we stroll through the colorful Pleiku marketplace or ride a sampan on the Mekong River. In addition to the towns and cities already included in the itinerary, we can stop along the way at “special places” that you may be interested in if they are nearby the route that we travel.

You will be at the Cao Dai Temple in time to observe part of the noon service and a visit to a Montagnard village will give us a glimpse of another part of the fabric of the Vietnam cultural quilt.

You will travel via planes, motorcoaches, cyclos, gondolas, sampans and your own two feet. Plenty of time has been allowed for you to explore on your own and shop. You will find the Vietnamese friendly and helpful and always ready to practice their English!

This tour is especially appealing to family members and friends because it is such a grand combination of Vietnam War sites, important to our Veterans, and the exotic tourist attractions found to be so fascinating by our tour members.

If you have any questions, please call or Email us and our friendly, knowledgeable staff will be pleased to assist you.
