MilSpec Tours operates specialized group tour and meeting programs worldwide. We specialize in military, historical, educational, and cultural tours as well as meetings and reunion operations. MilSpec’s senior staff has almost a century of experience operating tour programs in Europe, Asia and Hawaii.

butch Butch Sincock - President of MilSpec Tours, Mr. Sincock is a graduate of James Madison University and completed his Masters Degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. He was an infantry officer in Vietnam, serving as a company commander and later as a military advisor with South Vietnamese forces. He is past president of the 25th Infantry Division Association and serves as Executive Director of that organization. He worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs for a quarter century before retiring in 1997. Beginning in 1993, he organized tours of Vietnam. He joined Galaxy Tours in 1997 and then left to form MilSpec Tours in 1998. Mr. Sincock oversees all of MilSpec Tours programs while personally developing and leading tours to Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines and Hawaii.

Sarah Krause - Senior Tour Coordinator for MilSpec Tours. Ms. Krause is a graduate of West Virginia University. She has worked in the travel and tour industry for more than thirty years in all aspects of tour planning, coordination and operations, especially of veterans tours. She has developed and led tours in Europe and North Africa.

patrick Patrick Hinchy - Director of European Programs for MilSpec Tours. Patrick has a masters degree from Oxford University and speaks four languages. For 25 years he has planned, organized and guided tours around Europe for US special interest and affinity groups, ranging from antique collectors to US veterans. For 12 years he worked closely with Col. Hal Ryder, D-Day veteran and the originator of US military veterans tours to Europe (see above), until Col. Ryder’s retirement. This has given Patrick an unparalleled understanding of World War Two and Cold War Europe. Here are some of the main veterans associations whose groups Patrick has taken around Europe, in addition to many smaller unit groups. He has taken many groups several times.

bobboulton Bob Boulton - Specialist European tour director for MilSpec Tours’s small groups. Bob is a retired infantry major who for many years served as a professional soldier all over the world and in Cold War Europe. After retirement from the Army, Bob founded Abbey Connoisseur Tours and became one of the most sought-after providers of guide services for small, exclusive American groups. Among his regular clients are several US senators and the CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.
tonyletissier Tony le Tissier - Tour Director for US veterans tours in France, Belgium and Germany, and especially for Cold War veterans tours. Tony is exceptionally well qualified. He is a retired colonel of the British Army who speaks French and German. He spent 22 years in Cold War Berlin, first as Provost Marshal of the British Sector and later employed by the British Foreign Office dealing directly with the Soviets. This included his appointment as the last British Governor of Spandau Allied Prison Berlin while Rudolf Hess was imprisoned there. A recognized expert on World War II and the Cold War, he is the author of six books.
bob-pic-from-kenny-22-150x150 Bob Babcock is the long-time Historian and Past President of the National 4th Infantry Division Association and the 22nd Infantry Regiment Society. A combat officer in Vietnam, Bob is author of “War Stories: From Utah Beach to Pleiku.” Bob worked in sales and marketing management for IBM fo more than thirty years. He has led a number of WWII history tours with emphasis on the movements and battles of the US Army’s 4th Infantry Division.
