MilSpec Tours offers a variety of tour programs to Asia for groups and individuals. We have extensive experience in Vietnam, the Philippines and Thailand. Our Vietnam programs highlight the history and culture of Vietnam with emphasis on our military sites and individual special places. We offer tours into the Mekong Delta, along the DMZ and into North Vietnam. Additionally, we have post tour extensions to Thailand, Hong Kong, Angkor Wat and other popular destinations in the area.

Special Places

In many instances our tour participants will be returning to countries where they served, worked or toured earlier in their lives. Certain sites in these countries may be of very special importance to these tour participants. Therefore, MilSpec Tours will make every effort to include those Special Places in the tour itinerary if they are not far from the pre-planned route of the tour. If this is not possible within the regular tour program, a tour diversion, or tour extension, can be arranged at a reasonable additional cost. Consult with our staff when planning your tour to ensure that we know about your “Special Places.”

Please contact us for the latest information on our customized tours for special Veterans groups and Veterans associations in 2009.

Here it is. The BEST all-country tour available!

PANORAMA OF VIETNAM 2011

3001 In the spring of the year our Panorama of Vietnam Tour provides an all-country Vietnam experience. We begin in Hanoi, capital of Vietnam, and travel south, visiting important sites of the Vietnam War, including Hue, Khe Sanh, Dak To and Cu Chi. But, the war sites are not the only spots we visit on this exciting itinerary. We also enjoy spectacular scenery, art, culture and an opportunity to see and understand the Vietnamese people. One of our previous tour members said, “It’s not New York!” when asked how the Vietnamese people treated him. He was amazed at how friendly they are, especially to Americans. You will experience this as we stroll through the colorful Pleiku marketplace or ride a sampan on the Mekong River.

In addition to the towns and cities already included in the itinerary, we can stop along the way at “special places” which have been requested by tour members. A stop will be made at the Cao Dai Temple in time to observe part of the noon service and a visit to a Montagnard village will give us a glimpse of another part of the fabric of the Vietnam cultural quilt.

We will travel via planes, motorcoaches, cyclos, gondolas, sampans and our own two feet. Plenty of time has been allowed for you to explore on your own. You will find the Vietnamese friendly and helpful and always ready to practice their English!

This tour is especially appealing to family members and friends because it is such a grand combination of Vietnam War sites, important to our Veterans, and the exotic tourist attractions found to be so fascinating by our tour members.

If you have any questions, please call or Email us and our friendly, knowledgeable staff will be pleased to assist you.

I CORPS VIETNAM TOUR

4012 For a decade in the mid-20th century, the central region of Vietnam,
identified as I Corps by the US military, was a battleground from the
beaches along the South China Sea to the rugged mountains bordering
Laos. Americans serving in the US Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air
Force fought communist forces on the land, on the waterways and in the
air above this volatile region.

If you have any questions, please call or Email us and our friendly, knowledgeable staff will be pleased to assist you.
